Privacy Policy
Last Updated · May 2026
Your privacy matters to us. The statement below explains what information we collect when you visit walson.com or interact with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy does not, however, set the broader terms of doing business with us — those are governed by our Terms & Conditions.
Information Collected on This Site
When you visit this site, our analytics provider records basic, non-identifying technical details — your browser type, operating system, the pages you view, and the time you spend on each — so we can understand how the site is being used and improve it. We also receive personal information directly from you whenever you submit it: your name and email through the mailing-list signup, and your name, email, phone, and message body through the contact form when you reach out about a reservation, a private event, or any other inquiry.
Protecting Your Information
We are the sole owner of the information we collect through this site. Data you submit is stored behind standard access controls and is available only to staff who need it to do their job — for example, the person reading the contact-form inbox or sending the next newsletter. All staff with access to guest data are trained on basic privacy practices and the importance of keeping that information confidential.
We use the information you provide to reply to your inquiries, confirm bookings, and — only if you have opted in — send occasional emails about menu changes, new releases, and events. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use outside service providers for things like email delivery and reservation management, and those providers handle the data only to deliver the service we have contracted them for.
Making Changes and Opting Out
You can request changes to, or deletion of, the personal information you have submitted to us by emailing info@walson.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Every newsletter we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom; using it removes you from our mailing list immediately.
Legal Disclaimers
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information when required to do so by law, court order, or legal process, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of our guests and staff.
This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any site we do not operate, and we encourage you to read the privacy statement of any site that asks for your information. This statement applies only to information collected through walson.com.
We may update this policy from time to time, with or without notice. The current version will always be posted on this page with its Last Updated date.
