The Wine Bar

Wine, food, and conversation belong together. Our wine bar is where people meet to eat and drink.

Pull up a stool at the bar, settle into the living room, or take a seat on the patio. However you spend time with us, it’s a place to slow down, try something new, and stay longer than you planned.

What we pour

Walson Wine Bar is the home of our wines in the heart of Ojai. That means our own estate bottlings — the lighter wines of Walson Farms and the more structured Walson Holland range — alongside a rotating list of producers we admire, including Hudson. Order by the glass, get a bottle for the table, or take one to go.

On the table

The food is French-leaning and seasonal. Marcona almonds and marinated olives to start, soft and hard cheeses with orchard jam and honeycomb, cured meat with pickled mustard seed, chicken liver pâté, salmon rillettes, sardines with romesco, and a frisée salad with lardon and egg. Build a cheese board, share a few plates, or make a meal of it.

A curated five-course dinner with wine pairings, hosted supper-club style at one long table. It is our favorite way to turn strangers into friends over a genuinely memorable meal — and because the menu changes every month, there is always a reason to come back. Look out for upcoming dates.

Another Round

25–50 Guests · Private

Take over the Living Room, Boudoir, and Patio — with your own separate back entrance — while the wine bar up front keeps humming. The right fit when you want a space of your own without reserving the entire room.

The Wine Bar

30–45 Guests · Private

Reserve the front wine bar exclusively for your group — the heart of the room, all to yourselves.

The Whole Space

50–75 Guests · Exclusive

The entire address is yours: Wine Bar, Living Room, Boudoir, and Patio. A day-tiered facility fee applies. The right choice for a celebration that deserves room to breathe.
